Gauthier is the Founder of mine&make, a technology company based in Stuttgart. Before that, he has worked 14 years in automotive R&D. At Porsche, he has built up the technical field of Objective Driving Behavior, actively contributing to the best-in-class positioning of Porsche. In the VW Group, he has established methods and tools capable of dealing efficiently with high complexity and high product requirements. He has received the 2015 Porsche Innovation Award. Before joining Porsche, Gauthier worked as a project engineer at Continental, a tier 1 automotive supplier.
